finally came to grips on my resolutions (they seem SO hard
to make, to keep and also they are just goddam FORMAL-
ya know? i wage this battle each year and mostly fail but
walk away seemingly unscathed).
anyway if you write them down, they come true, right?
1. daily gratitude lists.
2. as many friend slumber parties as poss.
3. NO SUGAR.
and yet, regarding number three. i just keep hearing my heart saying but, WHY? or maybe it's my conscience. it's glyoscience! biological. chemical! oy. here goes something.
